One of Dubai's many landmark projects, the Jumeirah Beach Residence, is now in
the final stages of development. Construction of the buildings in this new
lifestyle destination is finished and some apartments are already inhabited,
while the remaining residential towers are undergoing interior fittings. There
are no cranes or obvious construction work visible from the resort, however
there is some noise and dust disturbance from the paving of the roads.
As our tower-view rooms face the residence area, the roadwork may cause some
guests visual disturbance. As such, we continue to advise guests to book our
sea-view rooms which all have either a partial or full view of the sea.

One of Dubai's many landmark projects, the Jumeirah Beach Residence, is
essentially a new 'city' that is being stamped upon Dubai's expansive Jumeirah
coastline. The development is in its final stage, and is taking place directly
inland and next to the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort. We therefore continue to
advise guests wanting a view of the Arabian Peninsula to book our sea-view rooms
which all have either a side or full front view of the sea.
